Amir Kushro
Director – Sales & Marketing
Amir is the Director of Infomatics Ventures, Inc. He is responsible for managing Corporate IT, Marketing, Legal, M&A, and Global Service Delivery Operations. Prior to joining Infomatics, Amir co- founded Media company, a Social platform and Digital marketing company where he was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Client Relations ,fundraising, and Government Sector relation & business development.
He possesses sharp managerial proficiency thereby guiding Infomatics into technological excellence. With his deep understanding of client needs coupled with management capabilities, he has been elemental in paving new heights for Infomatics.
Previously, Amir has held progressively senior responsibilities in product management, marketing, and Government & corporate development in the telecom and Media services industries.
Amir has a Masters degree from the Delhi University, an MBA degree in Marketing from Symbiosis Center.

Ajay Saini
Chairman & Managing Director
Ajay Saini is the Managing Director of Infomatics Ventures,Inc. He is a successful entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience working with multi-national companies in several industries, including IT and Airport Sector. Ajay founded ACS group in 2003 and has spearheaded its growth into a global organization with more than 1000+ employees deployed across different countries worldwide. Currently, Infomatics Ventures has office locations in the United States as well as offshore development centers in India and Taiwan.
Throughout the growth of Infomatics Ventures, Ajay has remained committed to giving back to the communities in which the company does business.
Along with his wife, Ruchi Saini, Vice President of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving, Ajay has led Infomatics Ventures to support local U.S.-based non- profit organizations such as the Young Teen Girls in Technology Program, Women in Technology, an NGO based in Delhi which works to promote social consciousness and environmentalism.
Prior to founding Infomatics Ventures, Ajay served as Group Chief Information Officer of retail and Airlines verticals industries, a multi-diversified company in Singapore, Malaysia and India. He also served as Head of IT in Aviation Industry in India and Turkey; Additional industries served include technology, Bpo, hospitality and retail services.
Ajay has a Bachelor degree in Technology from NIT, an MS degree in Computer Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani), and an MBA from Symbiosis International University Pune, India He brings strategic vision and extensive experience in both International and offshore markets.

Mr. Amit Kumar
Adviror
An inventor, investor & serial entrepreneur. He holds University degrees from India, Canada, Germany and the UK. His master's thesis while in Germany, focused on 3D printing of Automobiles.
Mr.Amit is involved in developing new technologies in Hospitality and Retail Industry, holds patents on few tech products. He is deeply involved with developing software applications for industry. He was instrumental in building the team for the Centre of Excellence in BC, Canada.
